I suffer from an intolerance of all forms of light which I have had since puberty, so spent many years living a totally nocturnal life but as they now make UV blocking clothing, I can get around during the hours of daylight, and often do, but at a price as I also suffer from CFS and an as yet, still undiagnosed heart condition.
